Pues sip, no hay plazo que no se cumpla. Según la wikipedia desde ayer está disponible este servicio en las siguientes ciudades de México

Ciudad de México
Guadalajara
Monterrey
Puebla de Zaragoza
Puerto Vallarta
Cancun
la Riviera Maya.
